Aqilo is a learning companion for South African families. We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your account details, the learner profiles you create, and the practice and tutoring activity that powers progress tracking and the weekly Coaching Summary.
Children's learning data belongs to your family. We do not sell personal information. Homework photos are processed to generate an explanation and are not used to train third-party models beyond what is required to answer the question.
Payments are processed by PayFast; we never see your full card details. Email is delivered via Resend. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
